Returns/Exchanges

We want you to LOVE your Naps pieces and be 100% satisfied. If you need to exchange an item, please email napsbabydesings@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order to begin the exchange process. We do not offer refunds, just exchanges, or store credit.

All customized items are final sale. Non-personalized items (dresses, shorts, etc.) 

Authorized exchanges/returns must be returned in the exact condition as received with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and tracking information.
